Last May, a chance encounter on the golf course between @attproam tournament director Steve John and myself sparked an exciting collaboration: Steve invited me to create the painting for the 2025 tournament poster.
I was delighted to accept the commission and join a long line of distinguished artists who have created original artwork for this event every year.
We wanted to come up with something a little different from the typical images of this iconic golf course and were fortunate to be able to use as source image this stunning early morning drone photograph taken by @djordan green.
